Summary
In Berlin the wealthier and more educated people like doctors and lawyers would move to the west part of the city. The reason was because they could make more money in the democratic society. This increased the percentage of uneducated individuals in East Berlin. to stop this Khrushchev puts up the Berlin wall to separate communists.
