The October revolution

- 20,000 sailors took control of petrograd and demanded soviets control of Petrograd

- Mensheviks (believed there shouldn't be a central leadership ie Lenin) and centre right thought soviets obtained power illegally

Summary
The October revolution would be the bloodless and ultimately the successful and deciding revolution of the proceeding government of Russia. Furthermore, the only other significant communist party was eliminated. The massive change in the Russian economic and social structure would ensue.
